Everything is ready for the start of the first VOICES training school. The Intersectionality, Research, and Action International Summer School (IRAISS) will be held on the 12-15 of July 2022 in Krakow, Poland, at the Jagiellonian University.
IRAISS is organized within the Working Group 5 Intersectionality, led by Victoria Showunmi and Jennifer Dahmen-Adkins, and with the support of the organizing team led by Marta Warat.
The IRAISS is designed as a focused and innovative opportunity to engage novice and experienced scholars and activists in critical discourse, research, and epistemologies on intersectional research, theory, and practice.
The program (available at this link) includes sessions on intersectionality and issues of race, LGBTIQ+ diversity, mental health, gender… As well as the different research methodologies that can be used.
