The VOICES COST Action is excited to announce its Final Conference: “Making Young Researchers’ Voices Heard for Gender Equality”, taking place on July 9–11, 2025, at the prestigious École Normale Supérieure (PSL) in Paris.
This two-day event will bring together young researchers, academic leaders, policymakers, and gender equality advocates from across Europe for an open and action-oriented dialogue on how to build more inclusive research cultures.
What to Expect
The programme will feature a rich mix of keynote speeches, academic presentations, interactive workshops, and collaborative sessions designed to share findings, amplify young researchers’ voices, and inspire institutional change.
Throughout the conference, participants will explore the realities and challenges faced by early-career researchers, particularly women and those from underrepresented backgrounds. Drawing on research conducted over the four years of the VOICES Action, the sessions will highlight how systemic inequalities—exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic and reinforced by gender, class, race, and other intersectional factors—continue to shape academic pathways.
Programme Highlights
-
Presentation of VOICES findings and policy recommendations, including insights from the upcoming White Paper.
-
