VOICES is organizing a special Capacity Building Symposium for Early Career Researchers on March 3-4, 2025, at Vilnius University, Lithuania.

This two-day symposium aims to introduce the results of VOICES activities to young researchers from the Baltic States and discuss the Recommendations prepared for the European Commission and the European Parliament. The event will feature prominent women scientists from France, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the Baltic States working in various scientific fields.

The event will be broadcasted online. Registered participants who cannot attend in person will receive a Microsoft Teams link the day before the event.

Accommodation and Catering

Participants attending in person are recommended to book a hotel in Vilnius City center. During lunch breaks, participants can use the Cafe of the History Faculty of Vilnius University (Universiteto St. 7).

Special Events

  • Family Photo: Will be taken on March 3, just before lunch in the Aula Parva Hall
  • Dinner: For participantes attending in person, a networking dinner will be organized on March 3 at 19:30. The restaurant will be announced on February 28. Participants wishing to join the dinner should inform the organizers by email at [email protected]. Please note that dinner costs will be covered individually.
